Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to love your coffee. If something is not right, we will help.

Eligibility

  • Unopened coffee can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition.
  • Opened coffee cannot be returned due to its perishable nature.
  • If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

How to request a refund or replacement

Email hello@kopiboy.co with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will review and respond within 3 business days with next steps.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 7 to 14 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges

If a product is defective or damaged, we can replace it with the same item or offer a suitable alternative if stock is unavailable.

Shipping costs

Original shipping is non refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that are not related to damage or error, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Gifts

For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you, we can issue a credit once the return is received.
