These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KOPIBOY website and any purchases you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
KOPIBOY is a Sri Lankan coffee company engaged in sourcing, roasting, and selling coffee and related goods. “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to KOPIBOY.
2. Products and availability
Coffee is seasonal. Lots may sell out or change based on harvest and quality. Product details, prices, and availability can change without prior notice.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in LKR unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping, and fees are shown before you confirm your order. You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information.
4. Orders and fulfilment
Orders are usually roasted and packed within 1 to 2 business days. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or a suitable replacement.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship across Sri Lanka and to selected international destinations. Delivery times depend on location and courier. International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
6. Returns and refunds
Unopened coffee can be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original condition for a refund of the product price. Opened coffee cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will replace or refund. Non coffee merchandise can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you choose. You can pause, skip, or cancel before the renewal date. Changes made after renewal apply to the next cycle.
8. Promotions and gift cards
Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated. Gift cards are non refundable, except where required by law.
9. Intellectual property
All names, logos, designs, text, images, and other content on the site are owned by KOPIBOY or used with permission. You may not use our intellectual property without written consent.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security, or use automated means to access content. We may suspend access if we detect misuse.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOPIBOY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Courts in Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the site. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
