Frequently asked questions
Where do your coffees come from?
From smallholder farms in Sri Lanka’s central and southern highlands. We focus on traceable lots and seasonal selections.
How do you source ethically?
We purchase directly from growers or trusted partners, pay stable and transparent prices, and invest in quality steps at farm and mill. We share cupping feedback so producers can improve and earn more.
What makes Ceylon coffee unique?
High elevation, cool nights, and careful hand picking give a naturally bright cup with soft citric notes and clean sweetness.
How fresh is my coffee?
We roast several times a week. Every bag is dated and shipped close to roast.
How long will it taste best?
Whole beans are at their best within 4 to 6 weeks of roast if stored well. Ground coffee shows best within 2 weeks.
Do you grind to order?
Yes. Choose whole bean or a grind size at checkout. Whole bean keeps freshness longest.
What grind should I pick?
Espresso fine.
Moka pot fine to medium fine.
Pour over medium.
Aeropress medium.
Drip medium.

How long does delivery take within Sri Lanka?
Usually 1 to 3 business days after roasting and packing.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If we have not roasted or dispatched, we will help.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
How do subscriptions work?
Pick a blend, size, grind, and schedule. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can pause, skip, or cancel before the next renewal.
How should I store coffee?
Keep it sealed, cool, and away from light. Avoid the fridge once opened.
Are your bags recyclable?
We use recyclable and low impact materials. Check the icon on each bag.
